Bill admin, made calmer

About Bill Sorted

Bill Sorted is an Australian bill reminder and household expense tracking app for recurring bills, due dates, reminders, documents, payment history, forecasts, and shared household admin.

We are a small product team starting in Australia and focused on the boring details that make recurring bill admin easier: due dates, recurring costs, payment history, documents, forecasts, shared access, and clean records.

Why we built it

Less chasing. More clarity.

Bills scattered across inboxes, bank statements, PDFs, calendars, and memory
Annual renewals that are easy to forget until they arrive
Property costs that need cleaner records for later review
Households where one person quietly carries all the admin

What we care about

A practical system for the bills people actually manage

Bill Sorted is designed around everyday recurring admin: utilities, insurance, subscriptions, rent, rates, water, strata, vehicle costs, property expenses, and the documents that prove what happened.

Bills should be visible before they are urgent

A good bill system should show what is coming up, what is due soon, and what has already been paid without depending on memory.

Records belong with the bill

Notices, receipts, policy documents, payment history, and notes are easier to trust when they stay attached to the recurring cost they explain.

Analytics should support real admin

Useful insights start with clean recurring records: due dates, categories, payment history, forecasts, and costs that are easy to review.

Clear boundaries build trust

Bill Sorted is not a bank, lender, accountant, financial adviser, or utility switching service. It is practical bill tracking software.

What Bill Sorted is not

Clear on purpose

Bill Sorted does not pay bills for you, connect utilities, provide tax advice, manage rent, switch providers, lend money, or replace your accountant. It helps you keep the recurring bill workflow organised so the right details are easier to find when you need them.
